Provide high quality leadership and manage an effective and

 efficient HR Operations function which delivers proactive and

business focused HR advice and services, including recruitment and

selection, reward and systems.Relevant HR qualification, desirable certificate in project management or Post Graduate qualification or Management qualification. Excellent interpersonal skills, Demonstrable problem solving skills including in complex environments, excellent communication and presentation skills, accomplished negotiator.Minimum 10 years of full time relevant
experience, at least 4 of which was in a managerial position.
